Pitch Competition

The Advocacy Pitch Competition is the capstone of our Virtual Advocacy Internship Program, offered for law and graduate students seeking hands-on experience in animal and environmental law and policy advocacy. Through this program, emerging advocates build practical skills, examine issues affecting animals and ecosystems, and develop innovative legal and policy solutions. The diverse backgrounds and interests of participants foster collaboration and generate compelling ideas, resulting in creative proposals that bridge advocacy, law, and real-world impact.

Each competition brings together students from diverse backgrounds, fostering collaboration and producing powerful ideas. Their proposals showcase the next generation of leaders in animal protection, environmental justice, climate advocacy, and rights of nature law and policy.

We invite you to explore their submissions, including advocacy videos, fact sheets, and policy proposals that address pressing challenges from wildlife conservation to sustainable development. These projects reflect both the urgency of today’s issues and the promise of tomorrow’s solutions.
